  • PC® 88 Adhesive

    A two part adhesive for bonding FOAMGLAS® insulation to itself or to porous or non-porous substrates. Air curing is not required. It has flexible wetting characteristics and cures to form a flexible bond that absorbs mechanical and thermal shock.

     

    Service Temperature Limits:
    -180 to 82°C
    -292 to 180°F

  • Hold Catalyst

    A solution which is applied by a suitable small sprayer to accelerate the cure of PC® 88 adhesive. It provides a quick set and helps reduce or eliminate the time needed for temporary support in unsupported or overhead applications. It can also be used to help with fabrication of insulation shapes when using the PC®88 Adhesive as a bonding compound.

     

    Please note: This material does not replace any component of PC® 88 Adhesive.

  • PC® 99 2K Adhesive

    A moisture-curing, polyether adhesive for use on vertical applications such as spheres, vessels and tank walls. Its two-component formulation offers several distinct advantages including excellent workability, extended pot life, instantaneous holding strength and low permeability.

     

    Service Temperature Limits:
    -125 to 60°C
    -193 to 140°F

    VOC Compliant. Meets the general requirements for VOC emissions of SCAQMD Rule 1168, July 1, 2005 adhesive and sealant applications, as analyzed by the methods specified in Rule 1168.

    Meets the stainless steel service requirements of MIL-DTL -24244D (SH) and ASTM C795.

  • PC® 42 Cryogenic Adhesive

    PC® 42 Adhesive is a three component, cryogenic adhesive formulated for use with FOAMGLAS® insulation. It is designed to seat insulation in cryogenic vapor stops.

     

    Service Temperature Limits:

    -196 to 121 °C
    -320 to 250 °F

  • PC® RTV 450 Silicone Adhesive

    A one part, neutral cure, silicone adhesive / sealant formulated for use at high temperatures. It is particularly suited for use in conjunction with insulations which require adhering or sealing to itself or hot surfaces. It cures to an elastomeric solid at room temperatures.

     

    Service Temperature Limits:
    -100 to 204°C, 232°C intermittent
    -148 to 400°F, 450°F intermittent

    VOC Compliant. Meets the general requirements for VOC emissions of SCAQMD Rule 1168, July 1, 2005 adhesive and sealant applications, as analyzed by the methods specified in Rule 1168.

    Meets the stainless steel service requirements of MIL-I-24244.

  • PC® 136S Adhesive

    PC® 136S adhesive is a two component adhesive formulated for use with FOAMGLAS® insulation. It is particularly suited for use as a fabrication adhesive for construction of FOAMGLAS® insulation billets that will be used to make insulation components for stainless steel piping and equipment.

     

    Service Temperature Limits:

    -101 to 342°C
    -150 to 650°F

    VOC Compliant. Meets the general requirements for VOC emissions of SCAQMD Rule 1168, July 1, 2005 adhesive and sealant applications, as analyzed by the methods specified in Rule 1168.

    Meets the stainless steel service requirements of MIL-DTL -24244D (SH), ASTM C795 and NRC Regulatory guide 1.36.

  • PITTSTOP™ 196 Vapor Stop

    PITTSTOP™ 196 Vapor Stop is a two component, butyl rubber elastomer specially designed for use in FOAMGLAS® insulation systems. Its service temperature range is specifically suited for Liquid Natural Gas and other cryogenic insulation systems.

     

    Service Temperature Limits:

    -196°C to 121°C
    -320°F to 250°F

  • Hydrocal® B-11 Gypsum Cement

  • PC® 18 Adhesive

    A single component cold bituminous adhesive ready to use. It is used to seal the longitudinal and circumferential joints of FOAMGLAS® insulation on chilled water lines. It cures to form a flexible non-aging adhesive with very good adhesion.
